About Us

Rívesci (Ree-veh-sea) launched in September 2019 at Clonmel Applefest offering cooked from scratch food from their 1976 vintage caravan.

Co-Founders and husband and wife team, Shannon Forrest and Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone felt that opening a food truck in the off-peak season might be a little mad but it didn’t stop them.

After spending many months researching and working on their menu offering, they found there was a huge appetite for what they wanted to do.

Since early 2020 Rívesci pivoted their business and now focus on their condiments which are helping you to elevate your food.
